What counts as a request?
Every hit your container processes counts toward your quota: incoming events like pageviews and conversions, plus the work done on their behalf, such as serving scripts and forwarding data to vendors. Traffic from known bots and crawlers is detected and filtered out of your billable numbers.
Do I bring my own GTM container?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your Google Tag Manager setup, we only need your domain and container config to host it server-side. Whatever tags, triggers and variables you run today keep working.
Where is my data processed?
On servers physically located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Processing and storage stay inside the EU, with no transfers to non-EU infrastructure.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes: add a domain, point a DNS record, install the loader snippet, and verify in GTM. See our full setup guide.
What happens if I go over my quota?
By default your account auto-upgrades to the next tier so tracking never stops. You can opt out of auto-upgrade in settings. In that case, tracking pauses once you're over quota, until you upgrade manually.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes, an EU-based DPA is included with every subscription. You can read it at any time on our DPA page.
